Position Title: Staff Support RepresentativesPosition Overview: This full-time position provides assistance to branch and department operations, floating as needed. In branch operations, Staff Support Representatives will provide a variety of Financial Service and Member Service functions. Additionally, Staff Support Reps will support back office departments by performing specifically assigned tasks and assisting other employees with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served. Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and attitude required
- Cash handling and extensive customer service experience required
- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone preffered
- Good typing and math skills preferred

Position Title: Assistant Branch Manager (Yorktown/Newport News/Williamsburg)Position Overview: Provides direction and leadership to branch employees with emphasis on superior member service skills, achieving sales goals, and teamwork. Provides operations oversight; ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Supervises branch employees to include conducting performance reviews, selection, and participating in performance counseling. Has sales goals and selling responsibility. Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of related experience in a full service financial institution
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- HIgh enegy motivator
- A thorough knowledge of branch operations and procedures

Position Title: Mortgage Loan ProcessorPosition Overview: Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage loan-processing activities. Receives, evaluates, and reviews loan applications. Inputs required information to properly set loan up on mortgage origination system. Obtains and verifies necessary information and prepares documents for underwriting and closing review. Arranges flood zone certification and private mortgage insurance as required. Communicates loan status to all involved parties including buyer, seller, realtor, and loan originator. Obtains proof of insurance as required on mortgage loans. Assists or refers members as necessary. Assists Mortgage Loan personnel as necessary. Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Understanding of mortgage loan processing functions, including FHA/VA and conventional lending.
- Knowledge of mortgage related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria.
- One to two years of related processing experience.
