- New Security Feature - 1st Advantage has implemented a new security feature that will require you to have a two screen log on process.
- Open Accounts - Open & Fund Club Accounts, Certificates and Money Market Accounts online.
- Overdraft Management - Pick which accounts you would like your Checking Account to overdraft from.
- Account Nickname - Assign nicknames to your accounts for quick reference.
- Change E-Mail - Update or change your e-mail address online

- Bill Pay - Lets you make payments when and where it is most convenient for you.
- ZashPay - An online personal payment service that lets you send money to or receive money from anyone you know in as little as one business day electronically. ZashPay can be easily accessed within Bill Pay in Advantagenet. All you need is the email address or mobile phone number of the person you’re sending money to.
- e-Lert - FREE e-mail service that you can personalize to remind yourself when bills are due or when your account balance is low.

Advantagenet Help
- Logging In - Your Password is either your current Advantagenet password or your CAT (Call-A-Teller) code. The passwords for Advantagenet are case sensitive and alpha-numeric (letters and numbers).
- Locked Out - This is put in place for security reasons. If you are locked out of your account all you have to do is call 757-877-2444 or 1-800-359-7650. You may also use our Secure Online Form. We can reset your password and you will be back up in minutes.

If you have difficulty logging in, please call 1st Advantage FCU at 757-877-2444 or 1-800-359-7650. You may also use our Secure Online Form. When you contact us and describe your problem, we can get your account back up in minutes. The passwords for Advantagenet are case sensitive and alpha-numeric. You can regain access to your account by setting up a security question and answer under the "Other Services" option. In order to use this feature the security question and answer will need to be set up during a previous online banking session.

- Security - The Advantagenet web interface uses many different methods for security.
- Timed Out- This is put in place for security reasons. All you need to do is click the Login link and re-enter your login information.

Get Your Checks Faster - Reorder Online!
With just a few clicks of you mouse you can pick out designs, change options and have your checks sent straight to your home.
1st Advantage is now giving you more options to give us your most up-to-date information. You can now update all of your contact information in Advantagenet.
Here’s how to do it:
1.Sign into Advantagenet.
2.From the homepage, click on the ‘Your Preference’ tab and then the ‘Contact Information’ tab.
3.In the ‘Contact Information’ area, you can update/revise your information. (You can update your email and password on the right hand side of the screen).
4.Once your information has been changed, click the ‘Update’ tab.
