- Logging In - Your Password is either your current
Advantagenet password
or your CAT (Call-A-Teller) code. The passwords
for advantagenet are case sensitive and alpha-numeric
(letters and numbers).
- Locked Out - This is put in place for security reasons.
If you are locked out of your account all you have
to do is call (757) 877-2444 or 1-800-359-7650.
You may also use our Secure Online Form. We can reset your password and you will be back up in minutes.

If you have difficulty logging in, please call 1st Advantage FCU at (757) 877-2444 or 1-800-359-7650. You may also use our Secure Online Form. When you contact us and describe your problem, we can get your account back up in minutes. The passwords for Advantagenet are case sensitive and alpha-numeric. Security - The Advantagenet web interface uses many different methods for security.
Timed Out - This is put in place for security reasons. All you need to do is click the Login link and re-enter your login information.
Browser Information - This will help solve some common browser issues.
Password Reset - You can regain access to your account by setting up a security question and answer under the "Other Services" option. In order to use this feature the security question and answer will need to be set up during a previous online banking session.
