Browser Information
Below is some browser information to make you visit to the 1st Advantage sites more enjoyable.

Advantagenet Browser and Platform Information

What browsers can be used by members to access advantagenet?

Advantagenet can be accessed using the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher
  • Netscape Communicator 4.7 or higher
  • America Online 6.0 or higher - Since AOL's 5.0 version is equivalent to IE 5.0 and IE 5.0 is retired by Microsoft, this validates supported versions of browsers. This website also provides MAC AOL versions and shows that MAC AOL 5.0 is equivalent to IE 4.01, which is no longer supported by Microsoft and therefore no longer a valid browser version.

To download the latest version, please click on one of the icons below

MACINTOSH USERS: advantagenet works best on the Windows platform.

NOTE: Java must be enabled for all of the above browsers. For the Netscape browser, "Netscape messenger and MAPI" should also be enabled.

To work with advantagenet, a browser must support the following:

- Frames
- SSL
- Scripting languages -- specifically JavaScript 1.1
- HTML 3.2 standard.

Also, "cookies" must be enabled; specifically, "session" cookies must be returned to the same site.

We recommend that you use Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer as your browser.
