1st Advantage Federal Credit Union has suspended service at the Fort Story branch as of September 30, 2011. This was a difficult business decision due to several factors, including the steadily decreasing volume of transactions, the cost to operate the branch and the control of the base changed from the Army to the Navy. The ATM located at Fort Story will remain fully operational.
Although the Fort Story branch has closed, you will still have several ways to access your account(s):

- Nearly 60 Service Centers on the Southside that let you conduct transactions on your 1A account for free.
- 24-hour Call-a-Teller.
