Advantage Credit Score Builder
Tired of paying higher interest rates on loans because your credit is less than perfect? Let 1st Advantage help with the Advantage Credit Score Builder Program. This program is designed to assist you with raising your current credit score and budgeting your finances. When you receive a loan through 1st Advantage, you may choose to participate in this program which may allow you receive better loan rates in the future.

The cornerstone of this program is member education which begins with a free class on Credit Bureau reports, how to improve individual credit scores and the importance of financial budgeting that is conducted by our Consumer Credit Counseling Service representative. After you have successfully completed this class, you will receive a certificate to take to the Credit Bureau, and it will become part of your permanent file.

Six months after your original loan date and completion of the above-mentioned class, you may request the credit union to re-review your credit report (free of charge). If your score has improved enough to move to a higher credit tier, 1st Advantage will adjust your rate accordingly.
