Are you thinking about buying or selling Real Estate?

The SMARTMOVE® program was designed to offer you high quality, professional real estate assistance anywhere in the United States.

Use SMARTMOVE® as many times as you like. This program is available to participants nationwide, although rebates are prohibited in some states.

A SMARTMOVE® coordinator will be your advocate throughout the real estate transaction. The coordinator will match you with a specially-trained, program-endorsed real estate agent. In addition to this, SMARTMOVE® gives you a CASH REBATE every time you buy or sell real estate: residential, commercial or investment properties*.

* This program is available to Members of 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union nationwide. Although rebates are prohibited in some states, Members are still eligible to receive real estate services. In some cases rebates on new construction purchases are on base price not upgraded price.
