You have 30 days from the date of the first negative transaction to bring you account to a positive balance. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. You may be disqualified from the program if: 1. Your account has been overdrawn for 30 days or more 2. You are past due on a loan or obligation with the Credit Union 3. Your account is subject to a legal or administrative order or levy 4. Your account has been closed.
