**A fee of $26 will be assessed to your account for overdrafts caused by check, ATM withdrawals or other electronic means.  You have 30 days from the date of the first negative transaction to bring you account to a positive balance.  Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay.  You may be disqualified from the program if: 1. Your account has been overdrawn for 30 days or more 2. You are past due on a loan or obligation with the Credit Union 3. Your account is subject to a legal or administrative order or levy 4. Your account has been closed.
