Signing up for Mobile Banking is fast and easy – Just follow these quick steps:
1. You must be enrolled in Advantagenet. If you aren’t, enroll by stopping by any of our convenient branch locations or call our Contact Center at 757-886-3333.
2. Enable your 1st Advantage accounts and mobile device for mobility by logging into Advantagenet as you normally would. Then click 'Access Accounts' and then 'Mobile Banking' in the sub-menu.
3. Follow the steps in Advantagenet. You will be able to choose which services you want to use and which accounts you want to access.
4. During registration, 1st Advantage will send you a text message with a unique activation code to verify your phone number. This code associates your mobile phone with your account. To complete registration, enter the activation code that was sent to you. This verification lets you know your mobile phone number has been successfully registered in the system.
5. Once you've enabled your accounts and mobile device, click the appropriate link to download the app to your mobile device.
6. When the app has completed installation, you're ready to access Mobile Banking!
