Limited Time 5/3 Adjustable Rate Mortgage
Lock into this great limited time 5/3 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) special* and start saving for your future.

Members will receive an awesome rate that is 1% less than our current 30-year fixed loan for the first five years. Thereafter the rate will only adjust every three years until it is paid off. Even better, the maximum rate adjustment is 2% during the adjustment period and it will never exceed a 5% increase during the life of the loan.

Members can make a new home purchase or refinance their current home up to $625,000 with this special. To make this special even better we will also waive the origination fee (1% of mortgage loan).
