Before you travel, it's a good idea to set up a Travel Notice on your debit and credit cards. By notifying 1st Advantage of your planned travel dates and locations, the activity outside of your usual stomping grounds will be less likely to be flagged as suspicious, or result in having your purchases blocked or cards put on hold. Plus, we'll also know to flag account activity in your home area as suspicious if it happens while you’re away.
1st Advantage members can easily set travel notifications through Online Banking and through Card Manager. You can also call to let us know your travel plans at 800-359-7650 or 757-877-2444.
