We have received reports of a concerning situation involving a subset of our members who have received unsolicited phone calls from individuals claiming to represent 1st Advantage. These impersonators appear to be calling from a 1st Advantage phone number and are soliciting personal information such as online banking credentials, and debit and credit card details. Please do not share this information with the caller.
| Please be aware that 1st Advantage will never call to request your personal or online banking information. Always remember, 1st Advantage will never call and ask for a text security code. This code should never be given out. Your security is our utmost priority, and we take every measure to protect your personal and financial information.
If you receive any such communication, we strongly advise you not to provide any information and to report the incident to us immediately at 757-877-2444. |
