How do I report fraud or a lost/stolen card?
To report fraud, a lost/stolen card, or to re-pin your 1st Advantage Debit Card, call us at 833-719-0355. For Business, Rewards, and Standard Mastercards, call 866-337-3132; World Cardholders, call 866-406-0749. If you suspect that your 1st Advantage account has been compromised, contact us immediately at 757-877-2444.
