New Phone System & Phone Banking System

Coming the evening of July 21, 2026
We’re excited to share that we’ll be launching upgrades to both our phone system and phone banking system to make it easier, faster, and more secure to connect with us and access your accounts. These updates will take place on the evening of July 21, and you may experience brief phone service interruptions between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
You’ll still be able to reach us using the same phone numbers and channels you use today. With the updated phone banking system, you’ll be able to complete self‑service transactions using voice commands or your keypad, giving you more flexibility and convenience. You can continue to check balances, review deposits and withdrawals, and more.
To access phone banking, you’ll simply need your member number and PIN.
- If you’re already enrolled in phone banking, no action is required. Your current PIN will automatically transfer to the new system, and you’ll be ready to go.
- If you don’t have a PIN or need assistance, please visit any branch or contact us.
