How do I add a travel notification to my account?

You can add a travel notification to your account within Online Banking, Mobile Banking, or by calling our eBranch Call Center at 757-877-2444 or 1-800-359-7650.

How To Set a Travel Notification Through Online Banking
• Log in to Online Banking
• Click Manage Cards located on the top menu bar
• Click Manage Travel Plans  on the left side menu
• Select the plus button to Add Travel Plan and follow prompts to securely enter your travel plans and select the account(s) you would like the notice placed on.

How To Set a Travel Notification Through Mobile Banking
• Log in to the Mobile Banking app
• Click on the Cards icon in the bottom menu
• Select the card you would like to place an alert on. Please note you will need to place a travel alert for each card you plan on using while traveling.
• Scroll down to the Mange Card section
• Select Manage Travel Plans and follow prompts to securely enter your travel plans
