How do I close my account?

To close an account, please contact our eBranch Service Call Center at 800-359-7650 or 757-877-2444 or stop by any of our branch locations. You may also fill out the Authorization to Close Account form and mail it to us at the address below or email it to us at eBranch@1stadvange.org.
