Mobile App Account Deletion

Recent updates from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store now require credit unions, including ours, to offer members a way to request deletion of their mobile app accounts and any related data. These changes are part of broader privacy and data‑protection standards introduced by both platforms.

How to Request Deletion

To have your mobile or online banking app profile and its associated data removed, send an email to digitalservices@1stadvantage.org with “Delete App Account” as the subject line. Be sure to include a current phone number so a representative can contact you to verify the request and begin the deletion process.

What Happens After Your Request

Once your request is confirmed, all data connected to your Internet and Mobile Banking profile will be permanently removed from our digital banking systems. This information will no longer be accessible to you or to us. Your credit union accounts themselves will remain open, and your account history will continue to be retained as required while your accounts stay active. Only the online and mobile banking data will be deleted.
